Dr Tom Bregman

Tom is a strategist with more than 10 years of experience helping businesses to navigate uncertainty and unlock their potential to thrive.

He is passionate that companies should be proactive in managing 21st Century imperatives — not only to create a flourishing society for all — but because it makes good business sense.

He has supported some of the world's biggest companies to reshape their strategies — and spent considerable time helping banks and multinational buyers to engage small and mid-sized businesses on their social and environmental expectations.

Tom holds a PhD in Zoology having researched the impacts of deforestation on biodiversity and ecosystem resilience.

Dan Gray

Dan is an insights professional, writer and consultant with more than 15 years’ experience at the intersection of sustainability, strategy and stakeholder communications. His work has spanned multiple continents, working with and for organisations of all sizes, from entrepreneurial impact enterprises to global firms.

Most recently, at EY, Dan's key areas of focus included exploring regenerative systems and cultures, scaling impact entrepreneurship, and sparking internal conversation around the future of sustainability leadership and consulting — a common thread being his belief in the critical distinction between positive and necessary progress on sustainable development.

Dan combines the magic of storytelling with the logic of a future-back approach to strategy to illuminate and encourage the mindset and business model shifts needed to build a more just and regenerative future.

Chris Guenther

Chris is a strategist and consultant with more than 20 years’ experience at the intersection of business and sustainable development. An exceptional systems thinker and analyst, he is skilled at seeing the connections between micro- and macro-scale issues, understanding the perspectives of diverse stakeholders, and crafting strategies to build sustainable advantage and unlock greater value for all.

As a consultant working with companies spanning multiple industries, geographies, and scales, he’s built extensive knowledge of the challenges and opportunities shaping 21st-century business, and of the management approaches that do and don’t drive progress. He is also a careful listener and a thoughtful and articulate communicator, which make him an asset to any team navigating complexity, conflict, and change.

Chris’s was previously the US Lead at the Ellen MacArthur Foundation and a senior consultant and Research Director at SustainAbility. He earned his BA in English from Vassar College and MBA and MS degrees from the University of Michigan.

Dr Geoff Kendall

Geoff is an entrepreneur whose experience spans sustainability consulting, high-tech startups, corporate communications and academic research.

Geoff holds a PhD in artificial intelligence, and has co-founded two software businesses. The second of these was acquired by a global technology company, where Geoff went on to serve as marketing director for three years.

Geoff switched careers in 2010, joining London-based think-tank SustainAbility, and for four years he led the communications team and advised some of the world’s biggest corporations on sustainable business models. In so doing he realised that there was no reliable way to measure how sustainable a company is, and how much more it needs to do, and he wanted to fix that. So in late 2013 Geoff left to set up Future-Fit Foundation, where he led development of the Future-Fit Business Benchmark and served as CEO until May 2022.
